Who We Are?

By day we are educators with 4 degrees and multiple certificates and by night we become Larva Man and Larva Girl :). We have a mission to create a healthy and environmentally beneficial food source. Our long term mission is to "upcycle", (turn a waste product into a useful product) every bit of that 100 billion pounds of food and agricultural waste that we produce in the USA annually.
